On December 26, 2015, suspect Joseph Sullivan failed to report to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center

Joseph Sullivan failed to report as part of a sentence ordered by District Court Judge K. Chesser. Sullivan had been found guilty of 4th Degree Burglary and sentenced on December 8, 2015, to serve 10 days of an 180-day sentence. Detectives from the Criminal Investigations Division (CID) have obtained a warrant for Sullivan’s arrest charging him with Escape 2nd Degree and are requesting the public’s assistance in locating him.
