CLARIFICATION OFASSAULT SUSPECT’S DESCRIPTION AND VEHICLE DESCRIPTION:
On July 8 at 7:10 p.m., a woman was entering a storage unit at the Outback Self Storage lot located at 4615 Crain Highway in White Plains when she was grabbed from behind by an unknown male. The man pushed the woman to the ground and attempted to remove her clothes at which time she fought the man off. The suspect may have fled in a green car, possibly with four doors that had Maryland War of 1812 registration plates and a dent on the back driver-side bumper. The suspect is a white male in his thirties, 6’0”, 200 lbs., average build, with light brown straight hair about the length of his ears, a patchy mustache and a nickel-size gauge in his earlobe. There have been no similar reports. Anyone with information is asked to call Det. K. Gross at (301) 932-2222.
