Possession of Percocet: On 7/11/14 at 11:59 pm, Trooper First Class Barlow stopped a
vehicle at Prince Frederick Blvd and Cambridge Place for traffic violations. A moderate
odor of marijuana was emitting from inside the vehicle. Wilson E. T. Carroll, 24 of
Prince Frederick, was arrested for driving on a suspended license. He stated he had
friends previously riding in the vehicle who were smoking marijuana in the vehicle. A
probable cause search was conducted and Percocet was found for which he did not
have a prescription. He was incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.
